Health promotion is the
process of enabling people to increase control over, and to improve their
health. The Student's
Services Health Promotion of NUI, Galway aims to assist students to
reach their full potential by providing non-judgemental and up-to-date
information to help you make informed decisions.
As well as health promotion the Student's Services Health Promotion provides one on one advice and help for any student worried about issues affecting their well being and mental health.
The Student's Services Health Promotion also runs programmes through out the year including thje 'Mind, Body & Soul' programme and the 'Exam De-stress' programme.
