Osteopathy with Siobhán
Doran
Osteopathy is a manual,
physical therapy that emphasises the interrelationship of the structure of the
body and the way that it functions. Using skilled evaluation, diagnosis and a
wide range of hands-on techniques, Osteopaths seek to restore the optimal
functioning of the body, thereby aiding its intrinsic ability to heal.
Osteopathic treatment uses techniques such as stretching and massage for general
treatment of the soft tissues (muscles, tendons and ligaments) along with
mobilisation and manipulation of specific joints using direct or indirect
techniques. Please note that these
sessions are 60 minutes.
The exam distress programme runs from 7th - 16th
