Laughter Yoga with Siobhán Kavanagh
Laughter Yoga is an aerobic
exercise which involves yogic breathing exercises, games, movement, laughter
exercises and guided meditation. It has been found to reduce stress levels,
increase mood and increase productivity. Laughter Yoga reminds us that anyone
can laugh for no reason, without relying on external stimulus or even a sense
of humour. If a session of fun and laughter is something you would like to try,
