A great way to wind down at the end of the week. Free yoga practice sessions every friday


People who are practicing yoga might like to know that Student Services Health Promotion has reserved Meeting Room 1 in Áras na Mac Léinn every Friday at 3:00 – 4:30pm for a Yoga Practice Session.  There is no instruction at the session, and is an opportunity to practice with others in a relaxed atmosphere.  A great way to wind down at the end of a busy week!
