Sick Happens...


BUT – You can…                
Protect yourself and others from:

·        Colds
·        Flu
·        Upper respiratory infections
·        Sore throat
·        Stomach & intestinal illness
·        Other ailments
By doing these:

·        Wash your hands with soap and water or a waterless hand sanitizer
·        Avoid touching your eyes, nose & mouth
·        Get plenty of rest
·        Stay hydrated
·        Eat nutritious foods
·        Stay home if you are sick
·        Seek medical care if you need help
·        Reduce stress
·        Cover your coughs and sneezes
